The security deposit is something we have regrettably had to include recently.

It covers the following:

1. Damage caused by the tenants to the caravan and it's contents.

2. Missing items from the inventory list.

3. The caravan left in an unsuitable state for the incoming tenants. See here for more details.

If on arrival any of the following are applicable from the previous tenants please let us know immediately.
